Heterogeneous catalytic ozonation, also known as heterogeneous catalytic ozonation, is a new type of advanced oxidation technology with strong competitiveness developed in recent years. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the research on the purification of refractory organic pollutants in water by heterogeneous catalytic ozonation. The key is to obtain an efficient, cheap and harmless catalyst. In this study, nano-TiO2 was loaded by modified sol-gel method using porous Al2O3 with high specific surface area, high mechanical strength, strong adhesion with active material and not easy to peel off. The TiO2 / Al2O3 multiphase catalyst The effects of catalyst dosage, ozone concentration, pH and reaction time on the treatment efficiency of the system were investigated. The results showed that the O3 / TiO2 / Al2O3 system of the best process parameters, with a view to the future realization of this technology to deal with drilling wastewater to provide a basis for industrialization.

Sludge Dryer IntroductionECOPRO sludge dryer is an indirect heating low speed agitating dryer. There are two or four hollow rotating shafts inside the equipment. The hollow shafts are densely arranged in parallel with the fan-shaped wedge-shaped hollow blades. The structural design is particularly clever. The relative rotation of the shaft body utilizes the principle and structure of the same angular velocity and different linear velocity to skillfully achieve the self-cleaning effect of the sludge on the shaft body, thereby maximally preventing the phenomenon of "holding the shaft" during the sludge drying process. The sludge dryer quickly rushes through the “adhesive phase” during the drying process. At the same time, the ingenious structure makes the sludge reach the bidirectional shear state during the drying process. The dried sludge is continuously and continuously fed into the feeding port of the dryer by the screw feeder. Sludge Dehydrator

Screw Press Mechanism(1) The condtioned sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed forward the discharging end .(2) With the gap between the thread of the shaft is getting higher and higher.(3) Then the water is separated from the sludge and flows out from the gap between the movings and the fixed rings.(4) The movement of the moving rings the fixed rings cleans the gap between them and prevent the machine from blockage.(5) The filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and finally discharged from the endScrew Press FeaturesSimple process ,high efficiency ,power saving ,low investmentProgramme setting makes the operation convenient and accurateAccurate chemical preparation and dosage saves much operation cost .Screw Press Work Process1. Inorganic coagulant is added and stirred to produce flocs. Sludge reacted with the inorganic coagulant is transferred to the metering tank by the sludge pump from where it flows to the flocculation tank.2. The sludge flows into the dewatering drum from the the flocculation tank .The rotation of the screw forces the flocs to slowly flow down to the thickening zone. The flocs are thickened by gravity. The filtrate separated in the thickening zone is returned to the oxidation ditch. 3. Thickened sludge moves to the dewatering zone. the gaps between the rings and screw pitch gradually narrow, thereby, increasing the pressure and encouraging the dewatering process.4. Since the moving rings continuously comb the gaps in the dewatering drum throughout the thickening and dewatering process, clogging is avoided and therefore cleansing water is not required.5. Solid substances separated in the dewatering process are also combed out and are automatically washed away using a timer controlled-shower. The solids flow back into the sludge tank, returned to the thickening and dewatering process.The inner pressure increases further, as the end plate blocks the flow. Lamella Clarifier System IntroductionThe Lamella Clarifier System is mainly used as the primary sedimentation tank, the existing sewage plant taps the potential or expands the treatment capacity when the sewage treatment plant is limited by the floor space. Lamella Clarifier System Work ProcessThe waste water enter the pool from the inlet pipe and flow down through the middle water inlet chamber,it is reflected by the deflector plate, and then enters the tilt plate through the inlet water distribution.As the waste water flows upward, the solid particles are settled on the parallel tilt plates assembly, and then slide into the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sediment hopper. In the sludge hopper, the sludge is concentrated and discharged through the sludge outlet. The clarified liquid exit the tilt plate and water collecting channel by top water outlet road, then gathering into outlet sink via  its adjustable weir plates.
